Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has publicly expressed her appreciation for Islam in a heartfelt Instagram post on July 9, 2024.

The mother of one shared her transformative experience of living near a mosque for four years, describing how the daily call to prayer profoundly touched her. “I wake up to the best sound every day for the past four years… the sound of love and dedication, the sound of God’s beauty and love,” Dikeh wrote.

She also sought advice on supporting a mosque beyond financial donations, asking her followers, “If I wanted to donate to a Mosque, what do I give aside money?”

Dikeh praised the dedication and intentionality of Muslims, stating, “God/Allah is love. I’m deeply touched. My greatest prayer is to understand the Muslim faith.
