Mark Jacob Accuses Nyesom Wike of Cowardice Within PDP
In an exclusive interview with ARISE NEWS, Mark Jacob, former legal adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), didn’t mince words. He criticized FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, labeling him a coward for remaining within the PDP despite his ongoing criticisms of the party. Jacob’s stance is clear: if you’re against the PDP, you should have the integrity to leave it.
Jacob lamented the current state of the PDP, emphasizing that it’s failing in its primary role as an opposition party. Instead of holding the ruling party accountable, the PDP is embroiled in petty internal disputes driven by ego and personal interests. Jacob expressed disappointment with the party’s leadership, noting that critical issues remain unaddressed.
As a former legal adviser, Jacob wouldn’t have tolerated Wike’s behavior. He questioned the PDP’s ability to win a national election under these circumstances, asserting that the party has become “deaf and dumb” to the concerns of its members. His call to action: the PDP must refocus on its core duties and regain its status as a formidable opposition force, free from individual distractions.
